by far one of my favorite moments and scenes from the entire trip.
chasing sunsets out west: portland en route to the redwoods
before we headed to the redwoods, we explored more of portland's shops and streets. after that, we experienced a rainy, overcast day to the redwoods. these were epic trees that were featured in star wars and planet of the apes. i hugged a tree and haven't been the same since ;)
